| I really need a tarot deck. I love tarot cards to death. A lot of people have had bad experience with tarot. Me, I've had some inconveniences with it, but none of them have ever really cause harm. Andy has given me a tarot reading. _________________ |

| Hey Liz- If you go to Andy's site, and click on the Divination page, there's a link to learn how to do tarot with normal playing cards. Which is nice 'cause they're a heckuva lot cheaper than tarot cards! And I think that Andy mentioned that using playing cards was the original method... So that's gotta count for something, right? _________________ *Skittles* __________________________________________________ Masquerade, Hide Your Face So The World Will Never Find You

| Lol. A tip for tarot readings for yourself is that you have to be completely emotionless. I mean, completely. It messes it up if you want a specific reading. Believe me! LOL! I bet you already know how to do spreads though. LOL. Just a quick tip if anyone happens to be browsing through. |

| its good to be objective wen doing readings for yourself. if u do insist on doing them look at them as being for fun only. on a lighter note tho the best set of cards u can possibly get is........ the ones u connect with of course thats wot happened with my first set. i had a look at about 4 or 5 different packs but the ones i found myself going back to time and again was the ones i bought xx good luck in the quest to find the rite set xx |

| what? that's bs. just trying to make money off you. I don't even bother going to psychics most of liars these days just trying to get money off you. I lived by a palm reader in new york, never went there. never had the desire. still don't _________________ |

| I have a couple of decks - 'The Art of Tarot' and 'The Manga Tarot'. I can be objectional enough to read for myself (in fact, that's what I mostly do). I used the Art Of deck just for me. The Manga deck is for other people. Learnt the meanings of the Major Arcana, but it's harder for the Minor Arcana because there are so many and the designs are less unique in my Art Of deck. _________________ There once was a small blue bird Who sat in a big brown turd He said, "Golly gosh me, this is better than what's on TV, our world has gone quite aburd." -Me

That's really more of a myth, depending on the individual. My first deck was bought, a small Rider-Waite deck. I had tried out the deck because someone I knew had one, so it wasn't really given.
I've still been trying to find a deck that works better for me than the Rider-Waite and I might have found one hopefully. |

| I'm in agreement about the psychic thing, simply for one other reason: I am a psychic in my own right, so why do I need someone else to do for me what I can do for myself? |
